Thread Metric ISO standard. Class 6H tolerance for standard metric threads.
Properties & Applications Engineered for applications demanding the severe corrosion resistance of Monel 400 combined with significantly enhanced strength and hardness. Nuts manufactured from K500 are highly resistant to sour-gas environments and maintain excellent dimensional stability. Widely used in oil-well tools, marine fastening systems, and pump shafts. Retains non-magnetic properties down to -101°C (-150°F).
Marking In accordance with ASTM F467. Product marking includes Manufacturer Identification (Ananka) and the respective Grade identifier.
Qualification & Acceptance Independently tested for hardness, thread tolerance, chemical analysis, and supplied with EN 10204 Type 3.1 Material Test Certification.
