Manufacturing Specification Conforms to DIN 976 (formerly DIN 975) and ASTM F468. Material is sourced from high-quality precipitation-hardened stock conforming to ASTM B865.
Thread Metric ISO standard. Fully threaded end-to-end (Continuous Thread) with Class 6g tolerance.
Properties & Applications Monel K500 threaded rods provide the same high level of corrosion resistance as Monel 400 but with significantly higher strength. They are virtually non-magnetic and provide excellent performance in sour-gas environments. Widely used in the marine sector, oil and gas drilling (drill collars), and chemical processing for structural components and secure flanged connections.
Marking Marked on rod faces or color-coded on the ends in accordance with ASTM F468, including Manufacturer Identification (Ananka) and Grade identifier.
Qualification & Acceptance Independently tested for thread accuracy, hardness, chemical analysis, and supplied with EN 10204 Type 3.1 Material Test Certification.
