17-4 PH (Precipitation Hardening) stainless steel is a martensitic stainless steel alloy containing chromium, nickel, copper, and niobium. This unique composition provides exceptional high strength, hardness, and corrosion resistance compared to conventional stainless steel grades.
17-4 PH stainless steel fasteners offer excellent mechanical properties, fatigue resistance, and dimensional stability. They are widely used in demanding environments where both corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength are required.
In addition to 17-4 PH stainless steel fasteners, we are also a major supplier of Stainless Steel 310 Fasteners, offering complete stainless steel fastening solutions for high-temperature and corrosion-resistant industrial applications.

17-4 PH Stainless Steel fasteners are high-strength fastening components manufactured from precipitation hardening (PH) stainless steel. This alloy is known for its exceptional mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and ability to maintain structural stability in demanding industrial environments.
17-4 PH stainless steel fasteners provide excellent performance at elevated temperatures and can retain their mechanical properties at temperatures up to approximately 600°F (315°C). Compared to conventional stainless steel grades such as 316 stainless steel, 17-4 PH fasteners can achieve a yield strength more than four times higher, making them suitable for high-load and high-stress applications.
Due to their superior strength and corrosion resistance, 17-4 PH fasteners are widely used in aerospace, chemical processing, marine engineering, oil & gas, and heavy industrial equipment.
