| Manufacturing Specification |
ASTM F467 (Standard Specification for Nonferrous Nuts for General Use). Material conforms to ASTM B335 (Standard Specification for Nickel-Molybdenum Alloy). |
| Thread |
Metric ISO standard. Class 6H tolerance for standard metric threads. |
| Properties & Applications |
Engineered as an upgrade over B2, these nuts offer exceptional resistance to hydrochloric acid across all concentrations while providing vastly superior thermal stability. This improved structural stability minimizes the risk of embrittlement and stress corrosion cracking during high-temperature applications or installation. Ideal for use in chemical processes involving acetic, formic, and phosphoric acids. Note: Hastelloy B3 fasteners must not be used in the presence of oxidizing media or oxidizing salts. |
| Marking |
In accordance with ASTM F467. Product marking includes Manufacturer Identification (Ananka) and the respective Grade identifier. |
| Qualification & Acceptance |
Independently tested for hardness, thread tolerance, chemical analysis, and supplied with EN 10204 Type 3.1 Material Test Certification. |
