Ananka Fasteners is a premier manufacturer and supplier of high-quality Hastelloy B3 Fasteners (UNS N10675 / W.Nr. 2.4600). Engineered as a solid-solution-strengthened, face-centered cubic nickel-molybdenum alloy, B3 offers unmatched resistance to highly reducing environments—most notably boiling hydrochloric and sulfuric acids. It fundamentally resolves the thermal instability issues of older B-series alloys, providing vastly superior structural integrity and ductility during high-temperature fabrication and service.
As a master manufacturer, we produce a comprehensive range of Alloy B3 fasteners spanning from standard M3 hardware up to massive M100 structural ties and 2-inch imperial heavy bolts.

Installation Mechanics & Galling: Because Hastelloy B3 is highly ductile and features extremely low thermal conductivity, it is severely prone to cold-welding and thread galling. The use of high-temperature, non-copper anti-seize lubricants (such as advanced nickel-based pastes) is absolutely mandatory to prevent joint seizure. Torque values must be mathematically reduced to account for the lubricated friction factor.
Corrosion Vulnerability Warning: Hastelloy B3 is exclusively designed for reducing environments. It is highly susceptible to rapid, runaway corrosion in the presence of strong oxidizing agents (like nitric acid) or oxidizing salts (such as ferric or cupric chloride). Standard copper-based anti-seize must never be used, as cupric salts will immediately induce severe localized corrosion.
Hastelloy B3 exhibits unparalleled resistance to pitting, stress corrosion cracking (SCC), and uniform dissolution in severe chemical processing environments.
