| Properties & Applications |
Engineered for applications demanding the severe corrosion resistance of Monel 400 combined with significantly enhanced strength and hardness. Nuts manufactured from K500 are highly resistant to sour-gas environments and maintain excellent dimensional stability. Widely used in oil-well tools, marine fastening systems, and pump shafts. Retains non-magnetic properties down to -101°C (-150°F). |
