| Manufacturing Specification |
Conforms to DIN 976 (formerly DIN 975) and ASTM F468. Material is sourced from high-quality precipitation-hardened stock conforming to ASTM B865. |
| Thread |
Metric ISO standard. Fully threaded end-to-end (Continuous Thread) with Class 6g tolerance. |
| Properties & Applications |
Monel K500 threaded rods provide the same high level of corrosion resistance as Monel 400 but with significantly higher strength. They are virtually non-magnetic and provide excellent performance in sour-gas environments. Widely used in the marine sector, oil and gas drilling (drill collars), and chemical processing for structural components and secure flanged connections. |
| Marking |
Marked on rod faces or color-coded on the ends in accordance with ASTM F468, including Manufacturer Identification (Ananka) and Grade identifier. |
| Qualification & Acceptance |
Independently tested for thread accuracy, hardness, chemical analysis, and supplied with EN 10204 Type 3.1 Material Test Certification. |
