Access a comprehensive, professionally formatted Material Test Certificate according to EN 10204-2004: 3.1 for Titanium Grade 11 (ASTM B348 UNS R52250). Inspect the exact documentation your QA and engineering teams will receive with every corrosion-resistant, palladium-enhanced fastener order from Ananka Fasteners.
This sample mill test certificate mirrors the rigorous QA documentation package standard for Titanium Grade 11 fasteners. Structurally identical to Grade 1, Grade 11 is enhanced with a small, precise addition of Palladium (Pd), providing dramatically improved corrosion resistance in reducing acidic environments.

Titanium Grade 11 and Grade 7 are essentially the same material (Commercially Pure Titanium + Palladium). The only difference is the base material: Grade 11 is built on the Grade 1 base (highest ductility/softest), while Grade 7 is built on the Grade 2 base (balanced strength/ductility). Grade 11 is chosen when the most extreme formability is needed alongside superior corrosion resistance.
Titanium Grade 1 is naturally highly corrosion-resistant but can be susceptible to crevice corrosion in hot, acidic, or reducing environments. Adding Palladium (0.12% - 0.25%) dramatically enhances the corrosion resistance, making the fastener suitable for use in extreme chemical processing environments that would otherwise cause standard CP titanium to fail.
Yes, the document strictly states that the material is free from radioactive contamination and undergoes a 100% visual inspection to ensure it is free from defects.
